NTHL Apps Privacy Policy

The NTHL Referee Portal app (“the App”) is operated by Northeast Team Handball League Inc (“NTHL”, “we”, “us”).
Information We Collect
When you use the App, we collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, address, and referee certification level when submitting interest for an event. We also collect evaluation scores and comments you submit through the App.
How We Use Your Information
Information collected through the App is used solely to manage referee assignments and evaluations for relevant handball events. Your contact information is used to send you event-related notifications. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties outside of NTHL administration.
Data Storage
Your data is stored on servers operated by NTHL. A session token is stored locally on your device to maintain your login state. This token expires automatically and can be cleared by signing out within the App.
Third-Party Services
The App uses Expo for app distribution and updates. These services have their own privacy policies.
